I was inspired as a young adult by natural healing and began studying alternative medicine over 26 years ago. Although my primary practice is homeopathy, I am also a Registered Practitioner of Schuessler Tissue Salts and Facial Analysis. Over the years I have also studied herbal medicine, gemmotherapy, and other complementary medicines. Prior to my formal homeopathic education I was a home furnishings designer.
In 2006, I graduated from The School of Homeopathy New York. This four year academic program was based on the curriculum developed at The School of Homeopathy in Devon, England and required me to study anatomy and physiology, pathology and disease, in addition to homeopathic history, philosophy, and materia medica. My education included 3 years of clinical observation and 2 years of clinical supervision.
In 2015, I had the honor of editing and designing the homeopathic textbook Miasms of the New Millennium for master homeopaths Dr. Nancy Herrick and Dr. Roger Morrison. A much-needed handbook for Miasm Theory, a new method for identifying the correct homeopathic remedy, it is now a standard text for practicing homeopaths and homeopathic students around the world.
In order to grow and support the next generation of homeopaths, I mentor and teach homeopathic students. I am also available for private mentoring for those not formally affiliated with a homeopathy school.
I am accredited by the Council for Homeopathic Certification, CCH, and a member of the North American Society of Homeopaths, RsHom,(NA).
Outside of my homeopathy practice, my interests include gardening, permaculture, reading, hiking, and design.
